We will set up an initial zoom call to meet and set up the free app we will use...
We will set up a time to get to know each other and I will walk you through how to set up the private, secure app we will use to send voice and text messages back and forth. We will talk about what your "hot button" issues are and I can provide you with resources to help you feel better from our first meeting.
...then we can text or send voice messages back and forth as much or as little as you would like!
I will respond between 10 a.m. EST to
6 p.m. EST Monday through Friday anytime you need it. I will provide support and coaching at the moment, or just give you the voice of encouragement you need.
